At Mastership, we take pride in delivering premium-quality coffee, vanilla, and cocoa products with care, efficiency, and integrity. This Delivery & Return Policy outlines our procedures regarding shipping, delivery timelines, and product returns.


1. Delivery Policy

a. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after confirmation and payment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary supply delays, we will inform you promptly via email or phone.

b. Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and order size:

  • Local Deliveries (within Uganda): 2โ€“5 business days
  • Regional Deliveries (East Africa): 5โ€“10 business days
  • International Deliveries: 7โ€“21 business days

We partner with trusted logistics and courier companies to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

c. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and delivery method. For large export consignments, shipping arrangements can be made directly with our logistics team.

d. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.


2. Returns Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

We strive to ensure every Mastership product meets the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

Due to the nature of our products (food-grade agricultural goods), we cannot accept returns for opened or used items, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

b. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

c. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund (minus shipping costs) within 7โ€“10 business days.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a return under the conditions above.


4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with our courier partners to investigate and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
